Kalishia McLean is a seasoned nonprofit and executive leader with more than 15 years of experience guiding organizations through growth, transformation, and impact.
She has served on numerous boards and leadership committees and has helped raise millions of dollars for organizations such as Make-A-Wish, Big Brothers Big Sisters.
Her approach combines strategic expertise with heart-centered leadership — blending data, storytelling, and authenticity to help teams thrive. Whether she’s facilitating a retreat, coaching an executive, or designing a fundraising roadmap, Kalishia leads with faith, vision, and a deep belief that thriving people build thriving missions.
