Welcome to ForHer
~Where healing is honored, wholeness is welcomed, and growth is shared in sisterhood.
ForHer was born from a deep knowing that women need spaces to exhale. To unlearn, to be held, to rise together. Founded by Kalishia McLean, ForHer exists to guide women through the sacred work of growth. This is not a place for perfection. This is a soft landing for transformation.
Through intimate gatherings and internal reflection, ForHer creates the conditions for healing, self-discovery, and connection. Whether you’re in a season of rebuilding or simply looking for community, YOU belong HERE.
Our Mission
We walk beside you—helping you heal from the version of yourself who didn’t yet know better, honoring the woman you are today doing the best you can with what you have, and inspiring you to imagine what’s possible as you continue to evolve.
Our Truths
~We embrace change as part of becoming, choosing to evolve with courage and grace.
~We honor the past without being defined by it, making space for restoration and renewal.
~We cultivate honest connection, compassion, and mutual encouragement -no woman walks alone.
~We dare to reimagine what’s possible for ourselves, our families, and communities.
~We grow from spiritual grounding, drawing strength from what sustains us.
Our Founder
Kalishia McLean is a transformative speaker, nonprofit leader, and the founder of ForHer—a sacred collective for women rooted in healing, growing, and becoming. With over 15 years of experience leading in the nonprofit and philanthropic space, Kalishia has built community through purpose, partnership, and powerful storytelling.
A lifelong learner and heart-led connector, Kalishia created ForHer to offer women a space to exhale, pause, reflect and rise into who they are becoming. Her work bridges spiritual grounding with practical tools, helping women lead from within and live in alignment with their truth.
Whether guiding an intimate circle or speaking on a national stage, Kalishia invites others into deeper conversations about healing, wholeness, and the beauty of transformation.
She currently lives in North Carolina with her husband and three children, where she continues to build spaces where women feel seen, supported, and strengthened.
